Patricia Germer-Collidge has been practicing family law since 1986 in Colorado Springs. Patricia is an attorney, mediator and mediator/arbiter. She is a member of many professional organizations that are dedicated to advances in family law and the collaborative and mediation models. She was the 2008 recipient from the El Paso County Bar Association of the Portia Award as an outstanding woman lawyer. She has the elite status of being a third generation native Coloradan.

Patricia became interested in the Collaborative Divorce Model in 2003 when she completed her first training and attended the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals conference. After years of litigation in divorce, it was a breath of fresh air to have a viable alternative model to assist families in a more considerate and constructive manner by using the Collaborative Model for divorce.
